Fake adoption certificates as firm goes into liquidation in IRLAND and in the UK, who will be held accountable with admissible evidence and forensic?…

Researching Reform

An adoption agency in Ireland which was found to have registered births illegally has gone into voluntary liquidation.

St Patrick’s Guild’s liquidation which was announced in December comes seven months after The Department of Children and Youth Affairs confirmed that the agency had been responsible for 126 births being illegally registered between 1946 and 1969. The liquidation raises questions over whether potential and pending legal claims against the agency will ever be settled.

The phenomenon, which goes hand in hand with illegal adoptions, is not just a historic one. Last year media outlet the Irish Examiner revealed documented cases of illegal adoptions and illegal birth registrations taking place in Ireland as recently as 2010. The newspaper also revealed that the Adoption Authority (AAI) had warned the department about the size of the problem on three separate occasions, first in 2011, then in 2013, and again in 2015.

Sajid Javid: “Keeping Our Children Safe Will Be My Mission As Home Secretary”.

Researching Reform

Sajid Javid has promised to make tackling sexual exploitation of children a priority, in his role as Home Secretary.

During a speech delivered today at the headquarters of the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC), Javid warned tech companies that they needed to crack down on online child sexual exploitation (CSE) in the same way they were now going about tackling extremism online.

The latest figures reveal a 700% increase in child abuse images being referred to the National Crime Agency (NCA) in the last five years. The data also estimates that up to 80,000 people in the UK currently present some kind of sexual threat to children online, with exploitative material increasingly featuring younger and younger children.

Javid asked companies like Google, Facebook and Twitter to address five core areas:

  • block child sexual abuse material as soon as companies detect it…

Secretive Tory PR Agency Hosts Seminar With Family Court President

Researching Reform

Welcome to another week.

A seminar being held in April 2018 by a Policy Forum owned by the head of a Conservative PR agency in London, is set to look at issues surrounding private and public family law. Guests include President of the Family Division, Sir James Munby and Deputy Director of the Family Justice Policy Division, Dr Elizabeth Gibby.

We rang up the company to try to find out more  about who was organising this seminar, and whether it was open to the public. The forum, which is a registered company, has a  website, however it does not offer any information about members of the company or its political affiliation. There is a telephone number with an area code for Bracknell, in Berkshire, on the site, so we decided to call.

We rang the company twice, and spoke to two receptionists. Both receptionists responded defensively to our queries…

Court Hears VIP Plot To Rape Girls From Care Homes – And Then Dispose Of Their Bodies In Acid.

Children in care, raped and disposed a court hears.

Researching Reform

Southwark Crown Court has heard a case in which a paedophile has claimed that millions of pounds could be made raping children on camera for ‘top political people.’

The hearing took place this month, though no English mainstream media outlets appeared to have covered the trial, which concluded on 13th February, 2018. Only Court News UK,  Breitbart and The Scotsman, have commented.

Gihan Muthukumarana, who has been charged with facilitating sexual activity with a child and three counts of possessing indecent images of children, told an undercover police officer that the film could be sold for as much as £10 million if the girls were then killed and their bodies were disposed of, which he suggested should be done using vats of acid.

Muthukumarana was reported to police after he told an escort about his plans, in a bid to secure her involvement with the making of the…

Is The Council Who Placed Toddler Elsie Liable For Her Murder?

Authorities should be Held accountable “Child protection “ that failed Baby “ Elsie “ just 18 months (Shayla O Brian birth name “) taken at 5 days old.

Researching Reform

The terrible story of Elsie, a toddler killed by her adoptive father, has understandably caused outrage, but a deeper issue lies at the heart of this distressing case which suggests that the council who placed her could be to blame for her death.

Matthew Scully-Hicks, Elsie’s adoptive father, was jailed for life this week with a minimum term of 18 years for murdering the 18-month-old toddler.

Elsie’s biological family fought to take care of Elsie before she was eventually adopted. Her birth grandmother, Sian O’Brien, launched proceedings in the family court to become her legal guardian when she was two months old, but was turned down because social services said she would not be able to cope. Ms O’Brien was already looking after Elsie’s two teenage siblings, and felt that it would be best for the children if they were all together.

There is no indication from any media reports that…

New Video Bullies Parents Into Complying With Child Protection Professionals

They target young ones of the system “ child protection “

Researching Reform

A new video produced by charity Just For Kids Law, under the pretext that it is trying to support parents going through child protection proceedings is thinly veiled propaganda which includes dangerous child protection advice.

The video, which is just under three minutes long, follows a young girl who was once in care and who now finds herself going through child protection proceedings after becoming pregnant. Whilst the animation is really nothing more than an advertisement for the charity’s legal services, it is the way in which it treats young parents that is so offensive – and so wide of the mark that it amounts to bullying.

Entitled, “If I Could Talk To Me”, the story approaches child protection proceedings as if the mother whose case we’re watching has gone back in time to advise her younger self to do things differently. Right from the start, the assumption that’s being…
